Welcome to the Liverpool Tennis Club! Print E-mail

ltcphoto.jpgSince 1922, the Liverpool Tennis Club has been the home of community tennis at the corner of Park and Church Streets in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, Canada. Club facilities at our picturesque tree-lined location include three private hardcourts equipped with lights for night play, a practice wall, and a small clubhouse with washroom facilities. We offer lessons to children, teenagers, and adults, and we also host various social events for players of all abilities.

The club currently has about 60 members, and we always welcome new people who want to come join the fun. Club members generally play against each other, and also occasionally host or travel to clubs from other nearby communities for recreational and tournament play.

Our mission is two-fold:

1) To promote health and fitness in our community by providing people of all abilities a venue for tennis play and instruction.

2) To help aspiring young tennis players develop and realize their full potential by providing them with lessons, encouragement, and guidance.
